Payment methods

We accept all major credit Card and debit cards Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Mastro, Solo and Cash if visiting. For Cheques – goods will be sent once payment has cleared. Payment is not taken until we process the order for dispatch.

For our online payments we use a secure server, whereby your payment details are safely encrypted using specialist encryption software. No payment is made online, so you can be confident that your card details are securely held. Title of goods does not pass to the customer until payment has been cleared through our bank.

All purchases are made in acceptance of our terms and conditions

Delivery

All orders for delivery in mainland UK are charged at the amount shown in the shipping column on the order. Orders outside mainland UK will incur an extra courier charge which will be confirmed after we receive your order.

Delivery includes shipment to the front door. It is assumed that you will be available to receive your order, or a neighbour will be available to receive it on your behalf. In most cases goods will require a signature and for the heavy goods the driver may ask for assistance unloading.

If you arrange a re-delivery with the courier company and you are then unavailable the additional charge for non-delivery will be passed onto you.

This is only fair to ensure our prices are kept to a minimum and we can continue to offer excellent service without having to inflate prices due to additional costs of sale.

Please inspect each package for damage prior to signing and accepting delivery. Most items will be delivered as arranged between the hours of 9am – 6pm however, approximately 2% of orders are delayed until the following day. Please notify us of any delay outside arrangements made – we try and advise tracking details when possible.

Please sign all documentation as ‘unchecked’ and in the unfortunate event of damaged or missing items please write on the paperwork precise details and contact us immediately. Most carriers now refuse to accept claims for damage after 48hours and LVGT cannot be liable for a delay in notifing damaged goods.

LVGT cannot be held responsible for any delays outside our control.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time prior to dispatch by contacting us direct by phone, we will confirm you cancellation by email and refund your money within 30 days of your order.

Should the order have already been dispatched the goods should be returned after receiving an authorized returns number from LVGT, in the original packaging, unused and in a saleable condition within 7 days. The customer is responsible for postage for any returned items. If an order was shipped using a free or reduced cost delivery offer, the net cost to us for the delivery and any further administration costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Faulty items should be reported to us within 7 days of delivery where upon we will endeavour to repair or replace the faulty part. In most cases a photo or image of the fault is requested to help identify the problem area and part required. This may mean we will request the part to be sent direct to you from our supplier. All returns must have an authorized returns number from LVGT and must be returned to the address advised with the returns number in their original packaging.

We ask that you open all items with care and that you retain the packaging for a period of time in case these goods have to be returned. Partly constructed goods cannot be returned and will not receive a refund.

Unauthorised returns will not be accepted.

Installation & Safety Guide

We are happy to arrange installation but ask that you look at the site of the play equipment to ensure that the ground is level, free of any hazards and that access to and from the area is safe for workers. It is quicker and safer if on the day of installation the children and pets are kept away from the working area and off of any equipment that is work in progress. Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the structure is safely secured once erected. If you have a structure that requires anchors please establish that there are no utilities etc. (water, sewerage, electricity etc) running underground. Payment for installation is made directly to the installation team.

Play equipment should not be sighted on patios, concrete or decking and adequate free space should be left around the structure to ensure safe play. (It also helps to leave space to mow around. All play equipment sold by LVGT have been designed to comply with the correct level of safety testing in the UK and are sold for use within normal domestic and residential environments unless otherwise stated. We do not sell failed EN71 tested items.

Maintainence

Normally instructions will state any ongoing maintainence however it is wise to regulary inspect on a monthly basis that the bolts and screws are secure.

Special Offers

The customer should be clear about any special offers taken at the time of placing the order as special offers cannot be applied after the order has been dispatched. All offers on this site are subject to availability and change and are only applicable to web orders at the time of placing the order.

Complaints

LVGT take complaints seriously and will endeavour to address any complaints as quickly as possible by liaising between the customer, supplier or carrier and will keep the customer fully informed throughout.
