Will I be notified when to expect delivery - most definately yes in most case the order is on the large side and the carriers do like something at home to sign for it. Smaller parcels can be delivered to a neighbour or place of work but we do not like to risk leaving the parcel in a safe place
Will my parcel be tracked - If the parcel is sent on a carrier it is always trackable via the carriers web site
How long can I expect to wait - That largely depends on the items ordered. The larger items sometimes take longer however it as long as its in stock normally 2 - 7 days
What do I do if the package looks damaged - Our carriers normally handle our goods with care just every now and then it all goes wrong. Please sign for your delivery as 'damaged' or even 'not inspected', and tell us immediately. The carriers will give us 3 days to advise them and if signed at above they will normally accept liability and ask us to claim, after that there is no come back. The slides are the most at risk as customers wait to check them as they finish their installation sometimes weeks later at which point you may have to claim through your insurance
Have all your goods been tested - Yes all tested to the correct certification
If we find a fault what do we do - Again now and then there is a problem. The procedure is to email us with a description and image of the fault. Providing images provide a full picture for both the supplier and oursleves and helps us to understand which part should be sent out for replacement. Part numbers is applicable are also helpful
What happens if a part is missing - Because all items are tracked it may be that your delivery has been separated and will be delivered later. All boxed items are weighed and therefore it is very rare that a heavy part would be missing, however on each occasion please notifity us as quickly as possible and certainly within 3 days
